青岛东林工具有限公司始建于1989年，公司总部位于青岛市城阳区靖城路8号，于1984年在青岛城阳投资建厂，属于改革开放后青岛市第一批民营企业。实体制造主要包括汽轮机主机及辅机部套件、修造船工程配套、起吊工具、高端装备。东林工具于2018年认定为高新企业，2019年取得青岛市中小企业专精特新产品（技术）证书，共获得2种发明专利和19种实用新型专利。现在即墨蓝谷高新综合保税区已规划建设动力设备生产项目产业园，建设用地面积31041㎡，建筑面积24175㎡，生产车间10835㎡，研发中心11340㎡，初期投资1.8亿，已投资8000万，年产值预期达到3-5个亿。
